Eric Laing

President & CEO

Eric joined the company in 2002, with 39 years of oilfield experience in Drilling, completions and  production optimization. Mr. Laing started his career with Shell (North Sea) before joining Otis Engineering (A Halliburton company). During his time with Otis Mr. Laing worked in field positions in the North Sea, USA and South East Asia for seven years. He also completed an assignment in Australia with Cudd Pressure Control. After completing international assignments he returned to Canada to form his own oilfield supply company. That company was amalgamated with Endiem Oil Tools and in turn merged with Site Oil Tools. During his time with Site Oil he held the position of Domestic Sales Manager and International Sales Manager. After leaving Site Oil Tools, Mr. Laing was a founding member of Secure Oil Tools. Eric held the position of Domestic and International Sales Manager until the sale of the Secure Oil Tools division to Schlumberger. Mr. Laing then spent from 1999-2002 at Schlumberger as Global Business Development Manager for Multi-Lateral Systems to transition the Secure product line into the Schlumberger organization. Mr. Laing joined Stellarton, now Raise Production in 2002. Mr. Laing is now President and CEO of Raise Production Inc.

Susan Scullion

Chief Financial Officer

Susan joined the company in January 2013, bringing with her over fifteen years of financial, regulatory and corporate experience with major investment banking and financial institutions. Prior to joining Raise Production, Susan spent nine years working with investment firms in Calgary, most recently with AltaCorp Capital Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and prior to that, Mackie Research Capital Corp. as Senior Vice President, Private Client Division and its predecessor, J.F. Mackie & Company Ltd. , as Chief Financial Officer. Susan also spent six years working with the Investment Dealers Association (now IIROC) and the Alberta Stock Exchange, overseeing the regulation of eighteen investment firms throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba as the Manager of Financial Compliance. Susan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of Calgary.

Geoff Steele

Chief Technical Officer

Geoff Steele has over 12 years of industry experience in a variety of roles. His experience began in the field with well operations, pumping services, fracturing and coiled tubing. To compliment the field experience Geoff worked on a design of downhole tools inclusive of packers, liners, selective fracturing service tools and wireline retrievable bridge plugs. He has been with Stellarton (now Raise Production Inc.) for 6 years in roles which include design engineering, applications engineering and recently some exposure to business development. Geoff is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Clint Booth

VP - Commercial Development

Clint joined the Raise Production Team in 2018 bringing over 15 years of industry experience. His first job in the “Energy Industry” was in field services and sales transitioning to new technology city sales while learning and executing world class strategic selling initiatives to become a commercial development specialist. Having held positions of escalating responsibility at Fortune 500 Companies such as Cintas, NOV, Shawcor, and Aegion, Clint’s career has been focused on leading and influencing his teams to bring new technology and installation methods to market in both Canada and in the USA. With a significant network based on strong relationships from the "boots on the ground" to the senior executive level within the North American Energy industry, Clint leads Raise Production’s strategic sales and marketing plans, including commercial development for the Canadian Operations.
